Together, we have commenced a trial of two HYDI units on Baralaba’s truck fleet, an exciting step towards improving efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, and lowering emissions in the resources sector.

What is HYDI?

HYDI is an innovative hydrogen-on-demand system designed to enhance the performance of internal combustion engines. By supplementing diesel fuel with hydrogen, HYDI creates cleaner emissions and supports improved engine efficiency and longevity. Importantly, the system incorporates multiple built-in safety features, ensuring hydrogen is only generated while the engine is running.

A Measured Approach

This trial is being delivered with independent fuel metering, gas monitoring, and a detailed implementation plan, ensuring that the outcomes are accurate, reliable, and transparent. Our target is clear: demonstrate measurable fuel savings while reducing emissions intensity across the fleet.
